It's an awesome program with phenomenal instructors, but some courses will kick your ass no matter what, and those are different for each individual. A good source to look into this is the program home page on the BCIT website - if you click on the courses required tab you will see a total list of courses for your program, and if you click on the individual course you can preview the course outline. Some require assignments, quizzes, and no final. Some instructors structure the course to have a group project, midterm, and final.

Health and Safety, and Labour Relations, are suuuuper boring and require a lot of memorizing but as soon as the week is over you will feel SO glad you spent a week on it instead of a whole semester. ORGB is a dry 4 credit course and it's a tooooough one to take in a week. Each condensed course is different - some are harder, some are easier - but a good indicator is the subject matter and the instructor.
